The reason we signed the papers and completed this sale was that we needed a reliable vehicle. The deal was not horrible. The experience was, the time it took to achieve nothing was frustrating. Having to go back the next day to finish signing all the paperwork was a pain. The vehicle we got is not what she was looking for, but it functions. As for turning our experience around, I am not sure how.
