But I have to change my rating due to the recent experiences trying to get Rcummings and Rcox to answer their phone, emails or return any phone calls. It's UNREAL the lack of customer service!!! I am sorry there is absolutely NO WAY that one person is that busy to where they can't even reply to an email... Once they've finance you and you've bought the car you can forget the VIP treatment like you get when you 1st walk in that is for sure This doesn't reflect my feelings towards the sales guy at all Or the service department. I can't wait to finally be done with this so I don't EVER have to stress or feel the hassle of dealing with these people EVER AGAIN More

Unprofessional This is a new location in Clearwater I went for an oil change after a couple years with my car thinking at that time the dealer does not care about me This is a new location in Clearwater I went for an oil change after a couple years with my car thinking at that time the dealer does not care about me as the consumer. So i wait the hour and half for the work, it was a pleasant transaction until i arrived home. Realized that the caps for all my fluids were in a specific spot on top of the battery. Plus my car was making odd noises. i went back to the dealer explained that was unacceptable and proceeded to get the car inspected again, there was nothing wrong. So next day i took it to Lokey Nissan which is farther away. And they immediately found all the issues and luckily they were under my warranty. Just to conclude my vent we are all not perfect i really value communication and above all else professionalism and class go a long way. None of which i experienced there. More

I went there for a price quote on a Sunda After visiting all the other Tampa-area Nissan dealerships, my final stop was Fuccillo Nissan of Clearwater. I went there for a price quote on a Sunday afternoon, and by Monday evening, I was driving home in a Nissan Murano. I was impressed by Fuccillo Nissan’s brand new facility, with its spacious customer areas and its high tech Service Center. More importantly, I found Fuccillo’s friendly staff to be very easy to work with. Sales managers Andre Robinson and Tommy Czerwinski, along with the owner, Billy Fuccillo Jr, set up a deal for the Murano that I wanted, at the price that I was hoping for. But my very special appreciation goes to sales consultant John Pobzeznik, who was particularly helpful throughout every step of the process. More
Great Customer Service I was scheduled for a 7:30am Saturday appointment and drove my car from Riverview using a spare tire only to find out that they did not carry my tire I was scheduled for a 7:30am Saturday appointment and drove my car from Riverview using a spare tire only to find out that they did not carry my tires since I had a Buick. When scheduling the appointment the lady was fully aware that I had bought the car from there and had the make, model and year. I needed all tires replaced due to the bad condition and wear. I should have been scheduled during the week since they would have been able to get them but would not have them until Monday. I ended up finding the nearest Walmart since I was not comfortable driving back on that little tire. The customer service of the mechanic was really great, so I definitely would recommend them to anyone else. The appointment setter needs to be a little more knowledgeable because she really wasted my time. If you make an appointment with Shaneh you may want to talk to a mechanic for clarification. I really wish I remembered the service techs name because he was very knowledgeable and educated me on a few things about my tires! Great customer service and really informative.
