Great Sales Guy I first like to mention John Baker was EXCELLENT with calming my anxiety about buying and trusting a Dealer. Buying my Saturn Aura I later was faced with a RACIST COMMENT from the service dept. He assured me Fuccillio is nothing like this. Although I don't understand why I was made to Transfer my Auto Ins. that evening. I have bought over 18-Cars in my life time. I know I have always had 72-Hours to report changes to my Insurance. Why was this done? My neighbor Jeanne Floury just purchased a month ago the 2019 Rogue Prem from you. She was asked ONLY for her Ins-Card and did not have to call her Ins Company. This worries me as to why I was somewhat treated like I was not trusted. If not for John assuring me I would not be treated as I was in Palm Harbor, I would of walked out. I still now have regrets buying. Other than the above, the Rogue is nice and I hope for having the mileage for a 1yr rental/lease, there are no unknown surprises. More
