Nissan of Clearwater

Ridiculous. My wife was there from 10:30 am til 7pm. The saleswoman, Angi, did not stay with my wife. Was gone for the majority of the time. She told my wife she had to pay some of her own personal bills( on the clock while with a customer).The cars shown to my wife were far from what she wanted. Finally a decision was made. The car shown to her was newly traded and was dirty. It had no gas in it. Angi complained about the guys in the back. Finally the car gets test driven... somewhere around 3pm. The car is covered in scratches and a couple of dings. No gas and dirty. When we finally got the xxxx paperwork, the sun was literally going down. Angi takes the next hour and half to JUST put the freakin tag on the car( while eating boba). She supposedly takes the car to the detailers and nothing looks different. At one point she said she was going to fill it up before we leave,she never did.By this time my wife was pissed and I needed to go home. The finance guy,Bob, takes off before our papers are even printed. After a couple days my wife is still pissed about the cleanliness. And Angi texts my wife from her personal cell and asks how she likes her new car. Again, my wife says she's unhappy. Not only did Angi not fix the problem by simply getting our car detailed she gave her a place to go some where farther north then we live to get a discounted car detail?!?! Why in the xxxx would we do that? So, I call the dealership and ask for "Diddy". He says to bring it on down. They cleaned it but stains still visible and the car reeks of imitation fruit. Why is the way you do business? It was xxxx to deal with. We will never buy another car from Fuccillo. More

But I have to change my rating due to the recent experiences trying to get Rcummings and Rcox to answer their phone, emails or return any phone calls. It's UNREAL the lack of customer service!!! I am sorry there is absolutely NO WAY that one person is that busy to where they can't even reply to an email... Once they've finance you and you've bought the car you can forget the VIP treatment like you get when you 1st walk in that is for sure This doesn't reflect my feelings towards the sales guy at all Or the service department. I can't wait to finally be done with this so I don't EVER have to stress or feel the hassle of dealing with these people EVER AGAIN More
