Excellent . But the details work on my Nissan Titan was incomplete the bed of the truck had sand in it seems like someone been on the beach LOL But it . First car for teen So I came to this dealership to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic that was advertised for $12,900. Only to find out that the car is actually $14,900 with $2 So I came to this dealership to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic that was advertised for $12,900. Only to find out that the car is actually $14,900 with $2000 off if you finance with them and have a trade in vehicle. We did not have a trade in so we were told that we would have to pay $13,900 for the car. Does that sound right or fair. I didn't think so either. This was the car my teen wanted so we negotiated down another $500 but it should have been $12,900. I understand that the dealership is out to make money, but drawing the customer in with "made up" prices is honest. Our salesman made the experience better. He had a great personality and at least we could say that he was honest. More
dishonest salesman did not provide what was stated on contra demo'd the car Fri at grand opening. salesman tyler, brought in for opening insisted on trying to get me into a car. showed me the Nissan sentra. I liked the car but noted the radio did not work. salesman stated he would fix that, for three days he kept asking more about financing and on Monday he went home. I was not contacted or updated on the process. I returned to collect my deposit and left. later that week I was able to secure financing and returned. was quoted by new salesman sam an out the door price and returned to finalize. fix the radio was written into the final documents;. while finalizing the salesman took the car to garage and returned statin the radio worked. we noted the radio did play, but could not display we went home thinking that this was an adjustment we could make and found out the we could not and the CD player did not work. we returned to be told by sam that he felt it worked and that was all they would do More

It did take a little long because I can in late on a Friday night and had to return Saturday. The staff was wonderful, and had to stay late because of me. My sales person, Kaiden, was amazing. Very patient and answered all of my questions. On Saturday I had to go over the financing, Chris Y. was so organized and efficient. I received the price I wanted, they listened an it was easy. The entire staff was very friendly and I was greeted with a warm hello and a big smile by each person I saw. What made it the most exceptional experience was my sales man, TJ. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. He went out of his way to accomodate all of my needs and met my expectations above and beyond. Your sales force is really the face of your business and you are truly lucky to have him as a part of your team! I feel I made a friend that day, and that is unusual when purchasing a vehicle. I cannot stress enough how comfortable he made me feel during the entire process and usually it is quite a nerve wracking experience. Not so with TJ. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
