NEVER DETAILED THE CAR, ALL THE STAINS WE HAD AGREED APON GETTING CLEANED WEREN'T EVEN TOUCHED, EXCEPT FOR THE BACK SEAT WHERE THEY SCRUBBED SO HARD THE FABRIC WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED. Dealership has lots of salesman, but only 2 finance people - TERRIBLE! Wait time is WAY TOO LONG! Music playing in showroom is loud which makes it hard to hear your salesperson. Only real complaint was the wait time. Especially the final financing - it was suppose to be all set & I just needed to sign, however, that was not the case. I ended up there for 6 hours & that was my 2nd time there. My 1st time, I spent 7 hours there - THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER SOLUTION for customer. More

Customer service was great but we were there for 7 hours. OK so our salesperson Kaden was great. He really listened to our needs. We arrived at 2:00 per my Online appt. But I think the process of car buying should not have taken so long. Oh and half of my paperwork has the incorrect mileage printed on it. Need to visit the dealership today and get this straightened out, I guess it's a new procedure that was being implemented . Maybe these things should not be done on a Saturday? The Cruise paperwork was outdated. We purchased on June 1st and they did not have the June promotion paperwork available. Perhaps there should be someone checking this before the end of the month?
