The Fuccillo Team deserves 100% rating! Caring; attentive; they treat you like family on a Thanksgiving Day! Not intimidating; not pushy; just awesome! Corey Johnson was my salesman (well--one of my salesman--everyone during the process came over to me and talked to me as if they had known me forever! Many were on site for the Grand Opening and were from my home state of NY--it was super cool to talk to them about our particular times and experiences in the Empire State! By the time I left with my brand new 2019 Nissan Kicks--my salesman Corey felt more like my brother I hadn't spoken to in a few years than a complete stranger I had literally just met. He was funny, engaging--and myself (as a retired WDW Cast member) who always looks for Guest Service in Disney terms of always going above and beyond--Corey absolutely checked all of my Disney-criteria boxes. I sort of put him through the Guest-buying-a-car-experience and I must say--Corey never lost composure; never once had a frown on his face; never once exhibited any type of attitude. Corey met all my expectations as did the Fuccillo Nissan dealership as well. I have to go on record as saying that as a woman in a man's business world--I HATE GOING TO SHOP FOR VEHICLES of any kind. I hate being followed around; I hate being pressured. I really hate being stalked like a piece of food lying on the sand being circled by sea gulls ready to pounce at any given second. For that reason alone--I put off buying a new vehicle for years! Who knew these guys/girls at Fuccillo were exactly NOT the way all my other car-buying experiences have been throughout my life? If you're in the market for a new ride--you've got to make Fuccillo the first stop on your vehicle shopping experience. I had stopped at Car Max first which is basically across the street from Fuccillo Nissan and found them to be all about being on their cell phones rather than helpful to me. I left--an unhappy want-to-be-customer. Billy Fuccillo (whom I did not know at the time) met me out in the Customer Parking lot--having just spoken to another customer. He approached me with a warm smile and began talking to me as though we had known each other for years. And--he is from Syracuse! Go Orange! He hooked me up with Corey and my time at Fuccillo Nissan could not have been any better! I actually thought throughout the process--I would LOVE TO WORK HERE! It's like Disney in so many ways. Everyone going above and beyond for their Guests; everyone with a smile on their faces; nobody looking stressed out--even though they were in the midst of a Grand Opening! My finance guy was from Buffalo, NY and it was nice just sitting down and speaking with him about our cold NY winters and our new FL weather minus our snow shovels. These guys made me feel like I was family and not just somebody they could make a buck off of. Wow! I give Nissan Fuccillo an A+++++ all across the board! What a bunch of great folks! And...thanks for the Cruise! More

I recommend this dealership and Rich is very knowledgeable and courteous. Billy Jr always made sure that everything was ok and made sure it was going to work. Longest day of my life, I would give our salesman Tyler a 10 out of 10 he was wonderful, cared about what our requirements were and made sure those needs were met. I know it was his first completed deal but he covered all the bases and was thorough in showing how everything work and making us comfortable with how it all worked. A older bald gentleman sat with us for a bit because we were getting a little antsy. He was friendly and helped us be comfortable with that portion of the wait. But there were a few dropped xxxxx-because I filled out my credit app online, I was offered a $50 visa gift card. Tyler tried to make this happen but, I still do not have that card. He went back and checked on it several times with no result, after 3 hours at the table, I had to completely refill my credit app out. I did it ahead because your dealerships have a reputation of taking ALL DAY and that didn’t help at all. The commercials said that it was a party with food, I was there for over 6 hours on Sunday, I saw a couple apples and a banana by the coffee bar and was offered water but that was no party. I was there to buy a car not party but I saw so effort at making any fun happen. There also was apparently a prize drawing, the first I heard about that what when they pulled the winners. So, while I loved Tyler and how hard he worked for us, the dealership itself gets a B- from me. More

First time at Fuccillo Nissan I visited Fuccillo Nissan on 5/18/19. They were having their grand opening event and it was extremely busy. I was interested in trading in my 2018 A I visited Fuccillo Nissan on 5/18/19. They were having their grand opening event and it was extremely busy. I was interested in trading in my 2018 Altima (hoping to get a good deal). Our sales person was Robert Domond. He did a great job. Working with Andre Robinson of the management team, he was able to secure a very good deal for me and I was able to get a 2019 Altima with payments that fit in my budget. I have to say that Robert Domond was very friendly and professional and even though dealership was very, very busy, I received quality attention. I am very happy I decided to go to Fuccillo Nissan. I love my new Altima. And....I got a cruise! More
