The entire staff was very friendly and I was greeted with a warm hello and a big smile by each person I saw. What made it the most exceptional experience was my sales man, TJ. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. He went out of his way to accomodate all of my needs and met my expectations above and beyond. Your sales force is really the face of your business and you are truly lucky to have him as a part of your team! I feel I made a friend that day, and that is unusual when purchasing a vehicle. I cannot stress enough how comfortable he made me feel during the entire process and usually it is quite a nerve wracking experience. Not so with TJ. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Very Shady " Don't Buy a Car Here " I signed a worksheet agreeing on a price $12,500 + the dealer prep fee $795., Totaal $13,495. Plus tax, title fees. They added $1000. When they presented us with the bank contract the salesman didn't explain anything, okay---sign here, sign here, and quickly shuffling the paperwork to the side, I didn't think I would have had to check to see if the price we agreed upon had changed. Bought used 2018 Elantra, only condition of the sale was fix the ac fan broke, and full detail inside and out. NEVER DETAILED THE CAR, ALL THE STAINS WE HAD AGREED APON GETTING CLEANED WEREN'T EVEN TOUCHED, EXCEPT FOR THE BACK SEAT WHERE THEY SCRUBBED SO HARD THE FABRIC WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED. I was with my 84 year old mother, after being there 4 1/2 hours, we were both disgusted. More

Wait time too long-7 hours 1st day& 6 hours 2nd day not cool The new dealership was wonderful. You arrive and nobody bothered you, you got to look around without a sales person haunting you - very nice. Howeve The new dealership was wonderful. Dealership has lots of salesman, but only 2 finance people - TERRIBLE! Wait time is WAY TOO LONG! Music playing in showroom is loud which makes it hard to hear your salesperson. Only real complaint was the wait time. Especially the final financing - it was suppose to be all set & I just needed to sign, however, that was not the case. I ended up there for 6 hours & that was my 2nd time there. My 1st time, I spent 7 hours there - THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER SOLUTION for customer. More
