This was all due to the wonderful, knowledgeable, hardworking, patient and professional staff at Fuccillo Nissan. My salesman Kliti Lani is new to the dealership but his knowledge about cars and the process would make it seem like he's worked there for years. He is very honest and up front which i am entirely grateful for. There is a perceived notion that car salesman are only there to tell u whatever u want to hear so they can get u into a car and make the most money off of your sale. I'm sure there are people out there who have experienced that as i have myself which made me a little apprehensive at first. I did not get that with Mr. Lani. His professionalism, honesty, knowledge and personable demeanor made the process fun and enjoyable in searching for a safe, affordable car for me and my 2 young boys. I was there from 10am to 5pm and he was there every step of the way to make sure i found what i really needed and at a great price. Miss Hope worked really hard as well in getting me financed and working on the best deal for me with what i could contribute to the purchase. Mr. Rick was professional and made signing the documents fast and thorough while ensuring i understood what i was signing. Nadia, Jazmyn and Andre were super nice and welcoming in the short amount of time i met them. All in all i can honestly say my experience at Fuccillo Nissan was a positive one and i am grateful for the hardworking team that made it possible for a single mom of 2 young boys with fair credit and a very low down payment to get into a great car.
