Excellent Service Our sales rep worked hard to get us into a car but we ended up leaving without a car through no fault of his. Friendly staff.. that’s about it I just received a used car from Fuccillo. The staff is of course quick to greet you as most dealers are. They make you feel welcomed. I was working with the internet sales personnel Kaytlin. Of course no matter what I said.. they just wanted me to be there. I than finally came in when i found time to be just passed off to another sales person. Payne is the sales person I got and no complaints about him. My main issue is the pressure you again feel from trying to buy a car from a dealer. This can still make many people uncomfortable about going. But after agreeing on numbers to buy the vehicle. I had to return the following week to have my down payment ready and make sure the bank was going to approve the loan because it was on a Sunday. The day before coming in. I texted my sales person to insure everything was good to go for delivery of the vehicle seems Ibwas token i would be emailed or called on the Monday about what happen with the bank. I was told everything was good to go. After getting a Uber the following day on Friday. I was on my way there to than find out I needed more info to make this deal happen. This is last minute in my opinion as I am already there. I quickly gathered the information needed and was able to give it to the next Finance Manager. I filled out the rest of the paperwork and was handed the keys to the vehicle. Seemed to have been wiped a bit down and maybe a wash? But overall was not a great cleaning at all. Not even close to a detail.. also received the vehicle with half a tank of gas. This is bad business.. everything counts now a days when you have places like Carvana out there. More
