He was attentive to my needs and found me the car of my dreams all while being respectful of what I could spend. The owner, Billy Jr even came over to introduce himself and congratulate me on my purchase. Every single person I came in contact with was awesome. I’d recommend anyone to go see Steve and go to this dealership. They’ll make you feel like family for sure! More

Rick Rosado was very rude and condescending, and I almost walked out because he rolled his eyes and muttered when I told him I was going to read the paperwork. He disparaged my daughter's knowledge when I called her about the GAP insurance - she's worked with one of the largest lenders in the industry, in their Total Loss department, for 10 years and deals with insurance and dealerships every day. I would recommend this dealership, but also would recommend that one only deal with Sherif when finalizing the deal. He is attentive, polite and understands that if you're signing contracts, you might want to read what you're signing. I also was able to speak directly with the owner, Billy Fuccillo Jr, and he was very concerned about the way I was treated by Rick. He told me that he did not condone this behavior, apologized on behalf of the dealership, and stated he would discuss it with Rick. Jazmyn was amazing - I had left my Sun Pass in my car, and she was able to track it down and return it to me...CSI:Jazmyn!! Overall, the experience was good, but just stay away from Rick. More

2018 Armada Our experience was simply amazing. Not just because we got the SUV we have loved for a long time it was the entire process. John Baker our salesman Our experience was simply amazing. Not just because we got the SUV we have loved for a long time it was the entire process. John Baker our salesman who met us out at our car in the rain is a true gentleman. He was engaged and very concerned about our feel of the vehicle how we felt were being treated and is really a book of good advice. He sat us down provided refreshments and not only did a sales manager introduce himself but Billy the actual owner did as well. I have never had a sales manager or a owner be so involved in a sale as they were and this place was slammed. To wrap up the entire sale Mike in finance was absolutely amazing in getting us the absolute best rate at the exact payment we negotiated INCLUDING GAP! Our first stop was Crown Nissan that morning and what a joke that was. God new what he was doing when he brought us to Fuccillo they had the exact car and exact payment. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Most importantly my wife is on cloud 9 with the car that’s what it’s all about. More
