Sold a vehicle out from under me I spent 2 weeks on the phone trying to obtain a vehicle that my large family needs... the Nissan NV3500 passenger van is difficult to find in my area, I spent 2 weeks on the phone trying to obtain a vehicle that my large family needs... the Nissan NV3500 passenger van is difficult to find in my area, so I was looking everywhere. This dealership is 7 hours away from me... I told them I needed to do everything over the phone so that when I came in, I could sign and go. The salesman, John, and finance manager, Mike, that I worked with the majority of the time were amazing, and secured the financing we needed, etc. We were all set to leave my house at 2am Saturday to arrive at the dealership when they opened and pay our down payment, sign papers, and go! But we received a call 6pm Friday night, because the district manager, Dimas, allowed the vehicle to be sold to someone else. We needed this vehicle... rearranged work schedules, kid schedules, borrowed money from family, drained our savings to ensure we had a down payment.... all the work we did for 2 weeks was for nothing. Our children were looking forward to being able to all ride together in one vehicle for once. Our credit has been ran so many times in this process, that of course our scores dropped a little Bc of the hard inquiries. Hopeless and devastated. That’s about all I feel. The vehicle would have been sold a half a day later... all they had to do was wait for us to drive down there. Even if it is company policy not to hold a used vehicle.... why do that to a customer who did everything possible to obtain this vehicle. More

Mine passed ok but they also did a system review, and of course they found a couple of issues, one of which was supposedly done on my previous appointment. They gave me quotes to fix three different problems which they could have done while I waited. Somehow my tires which have never been replaced got better on this inspection - the last two times they were in the yellow caution area - now they are back in the green area? I guess they added tread?? More

Nissan Sentra I have not had a very good experience with Fucillo Nissan so far. From my paperwork not getting handled correctly to the dealership not having the se I have not had a very good experience with Fucillo Nissan so far. From my paperwork not getting handled correctly to the dealership not having the second key for my Sentra upon delivery. They asked me to return to get a key made and I requested to come in on a Saturday. They said that was fine but when I arrived they told me that it wouldn't be until the end of the day before my key got made. That would have been at least a 3 hour wait. i couldn't do that and said I would have to reschedule for a later time. If they knew they were swamped then they should have told me so that I wouldn't have made the trip in. More
