Exceptional Service I was initially there for a part recall on my vehicle however I also managed to get in for an oil change while I was there. I was immediately greeted I was initially there for a part recall on my vehicle however I also managed to get in for an oil change while I was there. I was immediately greeted by Mike as soon as I pulled up. Mike was, as always, very polite and helpful. I didn’t wait very long at all for the inspection and oil change to be completed. Mike explained the next steps moving forward as my part had failed inspection. Service here is always fantastic. More

Bad experience I was very disappointed by the service provided to my car. 1. The service provider forgot that I was there waiting for my car. I had to go an ask for I was very disappointed by the service provided to my car. 1. The service provider forgot that I was there waiting for my car. I had to go an ask for my car. 2. They charge me for an oil change that it was still under the 3 free service that was sold to me. 3. No one check my car to see if it was ready to be released, because when I drive off with it in the passenger seat their was a cover park of the air filter that was on the floor and worst of all the lid of the motor oil was not put back in place and it made a mess in my car. It it wasn’t that I found the lid on time it would have destroyed my car. 4. Try talking to someone in the dealership about it and no one answer. Thank for no help at all and we won’t be returning again. More
