I received a call to bring my Murano in for a "recall". I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. The service dept. checked my Murano to see if it was on the list to have a part replaced due to the recall. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. Still no paperwork Was contacted and told to not drive car, park it away from structure and bring to dealership. What brought me back to Fucilllo was the customer service that I received from Sean Hughes and his manager Phil. Sean waited 5 months for me to decide on what I wanted to purchase. He stayed in touch and always let me know when there was a deal or a special incentive. He never pressured me or lost patience. He knew what I wanted in a vehicle because he actually listened to me. Sean was great and made the whole process easy and fun. I highly recommend this dealership due to the great staff they have. More
