Efficient and Welcoming I went to dealership to have my vehicle serviced. After pulling into service bay, Employee came out to greet me, asked how can he assist. After attem I went to dealership to have my vehicle serviced. After pulling into service bay, Employee came out to greet me, asked how can he assist. After attempting to pull my appointment details up, he asked if i had scheduled with a different dealership location inadvertently. I stated it is possible and employee stated that they would be glad to get me in at this location regardless. Completed my paperwork and asked if i would be waiting or returning. I returned and car was ready to go for me. They also added service which i was not aware I was due for and told me to come back as it was due for other maintenance shortly. All in all, Service employee was tremendous and went way above and beyond in my belief. ( not positive of name but Salim rings a bell) More

I walked into Fuccillo honestly thinking it would be more of the same, instead I met "Creepy" Justin and OMG he is so awesome. Anyone who goes to this dealership needs to ask for him. He is very patient, knows his facts, is eager to help, make sure to listen to everything you want and will actually try to work for you the customer. Phil is manager is amazing too!! This man literally climbed all over the ground to make sure my Rogue was perfect before I left, not to mention went way above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy with my new baby. I could not be more please with this amazing group of people. More

Recent service I had a free tire rotation and pressure check with my oil change. My right rear tire was low on air, when i left and checked, the same tire was still I had a free tire rotation and pressure check with my oil change. My right rear tire was low on air, when i left and checked, the same tire was still low. So the pressure wasnt checked and tores rotated like they said they did. More

Waited 2.5 hours for oil change I had a 230 appointment I arrived on time. Still had to wait 2 1/2 hours just for one oil change. I was told it would take a 1 1/2 when I arrived and I had a 230 appointment I arrived on time. Still had to wait 2 1/2 hours just for one oil change. I was told it would take a 1 1/2 when I arrived and asked. This is unfortunatly not satisfactory service if you ask me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait that long? Probably won’t go back to Fuccillo Nissan for service now. More
