Poor service! I brought my car in because my engine light was on and it was hesitating upon acceleration. All they did was reset the code and told me it was good. I took it back the next day and they did another diagnostic and then told me I had a transmission problem. At that point I didn't believe anything they told me. I blame the technician for this not the Service Advisor. I don't trust them now and I would never use them again for service! More

None of that high pressure crazyness you experience at most other places. Now don’t get me wrong it’s still a car dealership so there is definitely the back and fourth. But it’s limited and ultimately they try and get you as close as possible to where you want to be. You can’t ask for much more than that. The finance manager is great. He is super real and friendly. Both times he took the extra effort to make sure we knew what was going on and explained everything. From start to finish we were happy and will most likely go back for our future cars also. More

Great Job serivicing my 2017 Rogue I showed up for my appointment at 12:45 PM and they were ready for us. They logged us in and had all the information on what we wanted to accomplish. We had small problem with cell phone access within The Rogue. Selim walked us through the setup process and everything was working when we left. More

Low Key, Informative, Transparent, and Customer Oriented I owned an Altima for 16 years and loved the car. Have been looking at competitors in the same class as the Altima. The person who helped me was Vince Smith. He was great to work with. From his first greeting to helping me with a post sale glitch in the delivery of the $50.00 Test Drive card Vince was attentive and persistent throughout the process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, non pressure and well versed in their function. This is a well oiled operation. The whole sales process was well designed, non pressure and professional. Looking forward to my Punta Cana trip with Big Billy. This is a very nice extra but was not why I chose Fuccillo. They put me in a great car with a very good deal and the whole process created a feeling of comfort with the dealership. I will have no problem bringing my car in for service as I'm sure they're as professional as sales. End of the day - I'm a happy camper with a car I absolutely love. Who could ask for more? DSH More
