Great Service Advisor I came to them because my car was lurching back and forth when accelerating. I went to a local mechanic who said he didn't want to deal with it. I too I came to them because my car was lurching back and forth when accelerating. I went to a local mechanic who said he didn't want to deal with it. I took it to an Autozone and they simply read the codes on the machine and immediately told me to go these guys. In the past, I didn't like to go to dealers, because they have a reputation for delivering less than you pay for, but I had never been to these guys. The Autozone guys said that they really know their stuff and recommended them above all of the other dealers in the area. I went and the Service Advisor Mike really helped me out and set it up so that Nissan would cover the transmission. I ended up not having to pay a penny and they took complete care of me the whole time. Great guys and great crew. I will definitely be going back in the future. More

Michael Lapointe always takes great care of me . Your parts prices are way to high though. I have been a loyal customer even though I have other Nissan dealerships closer. But when I get quoted 20 .
