Bad experience I was very disappointed by the service provided to my car. 1. The service provider forgot that I was there waiting for my car. They charge me for an oil change that it was still under the 3 free service that was sold to me. 3. No one check my car to see if it was ready to be released, because when I drive off with it in the passenger seat their was a cover park of the air filter that was on the floor and worst of all the lid of the motor oil was not put back in place and it made a mess in my car. It it wasn’t that I found the lid on time it would have destroyed my car. 4. Try talking to someone in the dealership about it and no one answer. Thank for no help at all and we won’t be returning again. More

Exceptional Service I was initially there for a part recall on my vehicle however I also managed to get in for an oil change while I was there. I was immediately greeted I was initially there for a part recall on my vehicle however I also managed to get in for an oil change while I was there. I was immediately greeted by Mike as soon as I pulled up. Mike was, as always, very polite and helpful. I didn’t wait very long at all for the inspection and oil change to be completed. Mike explained the next steps moving forward as my part had failed inspection. Service here is always fantastic. More

Pleasant car buying experience I could have bought my car anywhere, and I did shop around. What brought me back to Fucilllo was the customer service that I received from Sean Hughes I could have bought my car anywhere, and I did shop around. What brought me back to Fucilllo was the customer service that I received from Sean Hughes and his manager Phil. Sean waited 5 months for me to decide on what I wanted to purchase. He stayed in touch and always let me know when there was a deal or a special incentive. He never pressured me or lost patience. He knew what I wanted in a vehicle because he actually listened to me. Sean was great and made the whole process easy and fun. I highly recommend this dealership due to the great staff they have. More
Still no paperwork Was contacted and told to not drive car, park it away from structure and bring to dealership. Waited there for 1 hour and brought me a dirty Rogue my car is Maxima Platinum) 6 days later get my Dirty car back with NO paper no answers? More
