He listened to what my needs were. From price to use of vehicle, etc. He found me the perfect vehicle and patient with all my questions. Several members of the staff assisted in making the deal happen for me. Andre even drove the new vehicle to my residence and picked up my trade in. Now that is service. Best experience ever buying a vehicle My wife and I went into Fuccillo Nisan just to test drive a vehicle (not planning on purchasing) when we met a sales person by the name of Bill Simons My wife and I went into Fuccillo Nisan just to test drive a vehicle (not planning on purchasing) when we met a sales person by the name of Bill Simons. Bill was extremely professional and really listened to our needs. Long story ahort, we planned on financing the used Murano that we test drove went to come in the next day and Bill was able to get us a brand new murano for the same low monthly payment! Needless to say my wife was in tears of joy thanks to Bill and the financing dept who never gave up trying to make us happy. I'd highly recommend Bill Simons to anyone interested in a new or used Nissan and Fuccillo. Oh by the way we ended up getting a 50" TV and an all inclusive trip to the Dominican Republic! Highly recommend Fuccillo and Bill if you're purchasing a car! More

SCammers beware do you research on fuccillo name Scammers!!!! I live in Panama City fl, and I saw this car online. I called up and ask if they would negotiate the price of the car since I had To dri Scammers!!!! I live in Panama City fl, and I saw this car online. I called up and ask if they would negotiate the price of the car since I had To drive 6 hours to Clearwater. They told me they would not be an issue and they never loose a sale over price. I drove all the way to Clearwater to discover in fact they would not even budge $1 on the price. They tricked me into driving because they new I wanted the car and I had came all that way. Upon buying the vehicle within a day my convertible top started to leak, glass windows rattle and there’s a small leak in my sidewalk of one of my tires. I called several times within the first 3 days and got the run around. I finally got a hold of a sales manager and was strung along for days until im told they will not do anything to help me. I was pressured into buying a tire warranty and now I know why. THey new about these issues .Beware of this dealership they are why car salesman have a bad name. Also do you remember research on the Fuccillo name. They have a horrible rap sheet from New York. I will be contacting my attorney who happens to be running for state attorney. I will be leaving reviews on every website and social media as well as the BBB. Now I know why they said their sales have been struggling. More

Reasons: When you start your purchasing experience, watch how kind they are. They even (seem) to be going out of their way for you. Then all of a sudden the price magically goes up, way up! Watch out for their HUGE dealer fees and HUGE title-paperwork fees. This company should be avoided at all costs! Read many, many other reviews about them not refunding overcharges due the customer. Fucillo is a HUGE RIPOFF! More

Had the folder in front of him lied to our face about not knowing numbers or what car she was looking at. Lies after lies and rude as xxxx to her. My daughter is a soldier 21 years old you should have respect. She was buying a new car she has good credit and this sales manager that claims he was in navy should be respectful. Didn’t listen to a thing she said we up and left when he argued with her about how much her first car she paid monthly. It’s a shame we went to Hyundai she was out in a hour with a car worth more than Nissan and car pmt less than Nissan said she couldn’t get. It’s a shame they shouldn’t do business with people like that cause they lost more than one customer that day I have told lots of people about our visit. More

Horrible and rude salesman I went to this dealership with the intent on putting down on a new vehicle. I was very specific about wanting an SUV. Unfortunately, the salesman Andr I went to this dealership with the intent on putting down on a new vehicle. I was very specific about wanting an SUV. Unfortunately, the salesman Andre Robinson did not take that into consideration and showed me a car that was literally no bigger than my 2015 Nissan Versa. To make matters worse I asked if we could see if management could work or offer (Suggestion) better than me putting down 4-5,000 on a new SUV and I also stressed that if he didn't think this was possible he could be honest and I could leave to avoid waisting anymore of my time. I drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership thinking They were good honest people according to their radio commercials Billy Sr. and Jr. really makes it seem like their different. I could've went down the street to my local dealership and got the same information quicker. Also they're Generally manager was beyond rude said hi to me and banked on how my request was not possible and basically dismissed his tone gave the impression that he was annoyed which is suprising considering the fact that it was our first time meeting. btw Billy was no where to be found and they could not get him or jr on the phone there wasn't even an attempt. I thought they ripped up contracts. The salesman laughed and stated "yeah he can and reprint right after " uhhhh OK. Well this was a lesson learned I'm going with CARVANNA. More
