Brought my vehicle in for service on 11/26/2022. They were a bit short staffed. I waited longer than normal for my car to be completed. Ryan kept me informed as to what was going on. I have to say that I was leery about purchasing a vehicle in a totally different state than weather dealership is located. Jami, was a complete help and a total lifesaver. She was always available to answer my questions and she made the process seamless. My experience with Nissan of Clearwater (UPDATED ON 12/22/22) I FEEL LIKE I WAS DUPED. I WAS LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES, ABOUT SIMPLE THINGS. BUYER BEWARE IF YOUR FROM OUT OF TOWN, BECAUSE THEY WILL CONSTANTLY HAVE YOU TALKING TO THE VOICEMAIL AND IDLE PROMISES TO CALL BACK. I Texted the salesperson to ask about the full tank of gas and the free oil changes, never heard back. its the holiday season, I INFORMED THEM I HAD A FLIGHT TODAY AT 11AM THEY ASSURED ME MY CAR WOULD BE HERE BEFORE THAT DATE, its 1230 am on the 23rd and I still don't have my car, They wouldn't give me the name of the transportation company, which thats a whole nother issue within its self. this has to be the worsttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt! merry christmas More
