I have a 2015 Nissan Xterra that needed some maintenance after 100k miles. I was nervous about bringing it to a dealership due to previous dealings with another location but wanted to ensure that the work w after 100k miles. Every single interaction with this company was amazing - Made the appointment w/ friendly & knowledgeable staff who remembered me when I checked in the next day. Dropping off my vehicle with Leo & his amazing wife put me at ease Receiving a video of my inspection by a detailed mechanic Approving the repairs via online The quality of the work and w/in a great time frame. Dropped off at 9 am and picked up by 2:30 with 4 services performed Was able to use an online coupon to also help with the cost... which BTW came in lower then my normal shop & they accept CFNA credit cards! I left the dealership in my SUV that drove like NEW!! I went to put gas in it right after and when I did they even fixed my gas cap for me which I didn't even mention. Hands down GREAT customer service & repairs. These little added touches from them have gained them a loyal customer - THANK YOU More

Brought my vehicle in for service on 11/26/2022. They were a bit short staffed. I waited longer than normal for my car to be completed. Ryan kept me informed as to what was going on.
