The car sales process was horrible. We were passed around to two different sales people and the finance manager was extremely rude. Almost didn't buy the car from then. This was 2 motnhs ago. Now the service side seems to be just as bad as the sales side. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have them look at the steering wheel losing all button control randomly and the cameras and sonar having weird false alarms. Scheduled to go into the service department tomorrow I get a call from a lady saying the dealership now isn't opening till 10 so you can't come at your scheduled appointment. Didn't apologize and when I asked to being it in at 10 she said we only have appointments late afternoon. I asked to speak to the service manager because I'm now having to rearrange my day at 4:30 pm the day before and she transfers me to an automated message that says no voicemail setup good bye. I wish I never bought this vehicle from this dealership and as soon as the complimentary oil changes are used that we get with purchase I'll never step foot in there again. More

I have been a customer for over a year now and Joseph's customer service skills are exceptional. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service, he takes care of me and my car. He makes sure that I understand customer service skills are exceptional. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service, he takes care of me and my car. He makes sure that I understand everything they will be doing. He is very upfront about extra costs and fees. I bring my car in for service every 4-6 weeks and makes sure to accommodate me even at last minute. He goes over and beyond his job duties to insure i am a satisfied customer. Not really one to leave reviews, but today calls for it. I am so sick and tired of dealing with car dealerships that it is not even funny. I leased my car back in October of 2019 from Fucillo in Clearwater. I am so sick and tired of dealing with car dealerships that it is not even funny. I leased my car back in October of 2019 from Fucillo in Clearwater. The sales staff worked very hard on finding something that fit my requirements. My main goal was lowering my monthly payment. While it was not as low as I would like it I decided to go with the car anyways. Had a conversation with the sales associate and manager prior to leaving and was informed about 2 surveys that I would be receiving from Nissan. If there was any reason to not give them 100% then I needed to let them know so they could make it right. Other than the pricing I was happy. Fast forward to when I get my first payment...turns out I traded a car I loved, with every bell and whistle I wanted for a stripped down Sentra...all for a savings of 3 dollars. I completed the survey with a low rating on pricing but a high rating on the sales associate that I worked with. It was not his fault. The next day I get a very rude and unprofessional text message from the sales associate questioning why I couldn’t give him full marks, my rating has directly impacted his bonus, he is disappointed because he worked hard for me....the typical guilt trip statements. I decided to ignore the text as it was not something I could do anything about at that point. A few weeks ago I get a call from the service department stating that it is time to come in for my complementary oil change and tire rotation on my lease. I called this morning to set up the appointment and was told I could bring the car in at 2. I get there at two and am informed by the gentleman at the service center that because I am over my 365 days from lease date (mid October) that the oil change will cost me $60. I am over being told one thing when the reality is something else. Why would the employee call and leave me a message that it is time for a complementary oil change and tire rotation if it were already past my 365 days? I am well under my miles due to COVID travel restrictions and quarantine. The only real reason for setting the appointment up today is to make sure that the car is ready for a long road trip this weekend. I simply cannot wait to get out of this lease and away from Fucillo. This experience has really soured my taste for them. As soon as I can get out of the lease without too much of a financial impact I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
