Awesome fast courteous service My service lead was top notch. Super fast. Nice. Knowledgeable. Tech seemed good. Video inspection was great. Great Service Center! I purchased a 2019 Altima in May 2019. There was a rattling in the dashboard and it was difficult to narrow down where it was. Once the location of I purchased a 2019 Altima in May 2019. There was a rattling in the dashboard and it was difficult to narrow down where it was. Once the location of the rattle was narrowed down and new parts were ordered, I brought the car back in for service. I was given a loaner car for the time they had my car, which was wonderful. The repair was completed and I have not heard one rattle since I picked up the car. Deana Miller, Ryan Walker and the service center team were wonderful. They are very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions. They called me to let me know the status of the repair. The repair and what was done were clearly explained to me. It's a pleasure dealing with a service department that has a great staff! More

Oil change and service 🤦🏻♀️ I made an appt for my first oil change and service for 11am. I arrived early and asked how long it would take. I was told an hour to an hour and a hal I made an appt for my first oil change and service for 11am. I arrived early and asked how long it would take. I was told an hour to an hour and a half at most. I did not pull out of the parking until 1:45. If I had known it was going to take that long with a scheduled appt I would have gone somewhere else. They were also unable to text me the video of the point inspection done because of my cell phone carrier (t-mobile). Not a great experience and wasted most of my morning waiting. More

Excellent . But the details work on my Nissan Titan was incomplete the bed of the truck had sand in it seems like someone been on the beach LOL But it . And you really cannot fix that first Version .. They did offer to have it detailed again but they give me a week to have it done . AGAIN.... I was disappointed..
