It was very thorough. The only complaint is it took too long Andre came up just to say though we were using the service dept. When I need another car Andre will be getting my business. An oil change in another facility would only take 15 minutes at the most. I don't understand if I had an appointment I should be in and out in know time. More

The Fuccillo Nissan Team is very polite especially Deanna. I did it, because I always have a good service even though is more expensive than other NISSAN Dealers. I've been going there for more than twelve yea I did it, because I always have a good service even though is more expensive than other NISSAN Dealers. Great service overall... last visit not so good From the sales to the first service visit I was a very happy customer, this last service visit I left disappointed, from not knowing that I had 3 year From the sales to the first service visit I was a very happy customer, this last service visit I left disappointed, from not knowing that I had 3 years free maintenance and rotations to telling me there is nothing wrong with my seat (I drive my Nissan on a daily bases so I would absolutely notice if the seat adjustment has moved) Twice I had to tell them I would not pay for something ( I had already told them when I dropped the car off that I had free oil change and rotations for 3 years) .
