I took my Nissan Rogue Sport for an oil change and was lucky enough to have Nikki Glennon for my service advisor! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, I was very pleased with her! I then had to return a few days later for a repair and Leo Loubriel was my advisor! It took awhile for them to find the problem but once they did, Leo went above and beyond with Warranty . He was on hold for an hour and fought to get approval for a rental. I also had the good fortune to meet Terry, the courtesy driver, she couldn’t have been nicer! She checked on me several times! You couldn’t help but smile because she was so pleasant! All in All I’ve always had a great experience here! More
