Biggest issue is a major lack of communication and attention to detail after the sale is made. Not enough room here to explain it all. attention to detail after the sale is made. Not enough room here to explain it all. More

The service advisor was great. The problem is it took over 2 hours for an oil change. Someone stole my phone charger out of my car. I tried to reach out to the manager about it but The problem is it took over 2 hours for an oil change. Someone stole my phone charger out of my car. It had problems from the start, so when I went back to my sales person, I was told that " you had a budget and you get with your pay for". Had to go through corporate to get the problem where the car was shutting down in the middle of me driving fixed and had to pay $149 diagnostic fee to fix something that was already there when the salesman sold me the car and lied about fixing the issue. He just had the mechanic to clear the code so the check engine light would go off. Then when I took it back and brought that to his attention his xxx gone say "Id like to see where I said that", So... I turned the service paper around and showed him exactly where the mechanic had sense enough to make sure to put that Salesman said clear check engine code. Everything else on there, about 6 other things, said Customer Requested. Oh Now he went to get the manager which was no help at all and a complete waste of time, He did offered to pay half to fix the mass air flow sensor, and I said I shouldn't have to pay for this because, if he hadn't lied and assured me that the issue was fixed, I would not have got that car. The so-called salesman then said well let's trade it in I said let's do it he goes and come back oh you can't afford the payments, never showed me any kind of paperwork or told me what the new payment amount would have been, I was about to go the beep off, instead I left feeling hurt and scammed and stuck with a Lemon. How the xxxx that car passed as "Certified" I'll never know. Unless that was another lie that was told. That's when I contacted Corporate... which I still don't feel I should have had to pay the diagnostics fee for that, but at that point, I was so upset and stressed out until I put it on a credit card. Oh, but that's not all. To make a long story shorter, I had that car 3 almost 4 month, If you count the 15 days it was in the shop, but I had to take it back 4 times. So I was told by the ONLY person at this location that DID try to help me, STEPH TALBOT, that I might want to purchase an extended warranty after that first incident. My so-called salesman was of NO HELP AT ALL!!! So once my warranty kicked in, I had a wobbly tire issue that I wanted fixed...so I took it in and they did a diagnostics. Well, I want y'all to know that NOW they find that I have a Transmission issue, an Oil Leak and 2 Broken Control Arms. Remember now, I only took it because the wheel feels wobbly. So now I'm really pissed, because What The xxxx is Certified then, if the engine and the transmission is supposed to be covered by the certified pre-owned crap why I had to pay a $250 deductible for my warranty to get it fixed!!! Now I never expected that a company, as well known as Nissan is would take me through this!!! I put $5,000 down, and I was going to have payments for the next 7 years, and that's the piece of s*** I got, BECAUSE I had a BUDGET!!! I would have took that $5,000 and went and got a cash car if I wanted to make payments and pay for repairs at the same time. I went to them because I thought things like that didn't happen when you go to a Supposedly respectable dealership. Well with all that being said about the Fort Myers location and one certain salesman, and manager, whose names I'm not going to put out there because that would make me No Better then them!!! Buyers Beware! Or BETTER BET JUST GO TO THE Cape Coral Location!!! I NO LONGER HAVE THAT CAR, GOT A BRAND NEW 2022 NISSAN VERSA!!! SHE ONLY HAD 10 MILES WHEN I GOT HER, AND SHE'S BEAUTIFUL TOO Y'ALL. SPECIAL THANKS TO: BRANDON JORDAN AND SUTHERLIN NISSAN OF CAPE CORAL!!! Also their Manager, who I didn't get to meet, but She did call and email me her information if I had any problems and couldn't get in touch with my saleman Brandon. More
Garrett was extremely helpful and friendly. This location was able to help me with a warranty issue that another was completely unhelpful with. I much appreciate their assistance. The people are very professional and pleasant. When bringing my car in for service they try to get you informed about the status. When bringing my car in for service they try to get you informed about the status. More
