There was zero communication from my service advisor Tony concerning the status of my vehicle. It was at your dealership for over a week. The only time I would get any update is when I would stop in personal concerning the status of my vehicle. It was at your dealership for over a week. Your AI driven answering service was of little assistance when trying to reach my service advisor. I have been forced to take my vehicle to another dealership to finish the repairs due to the total lack of communication with your service department. More
