Had a appointment for Oil change & tire rotation this service took 2 hrs , I had no rapport & lack of communication with Russ in the service dept. Mostly communicated with Kim who was most helpful. I have dealt with this dealership since 2010 & have always had good service until this appt. Also had no car wash & had to ask for my inspection page. This dealership doesn’t provide WI FI. More
