They had to take the car back a second time brakes still squeaked and they are still making intermittent noise. I wanted wipers replaced they saidit didn't need them yet my wipers leave streaks on the wind squeaked and they are still making intermittent noise. I wanted wipers replaced they saidit didn't need them yet my wipers leave streaks on the window like something is on blade. I wanted the clock in my Dash reset to match the clock on the radio the girl took it back to a technician so that's twice my car went back in the shop and she came back and said he doesn't know how or why the clock won't set that I have to bring the car back again Spent 450.00 dollars. Not happy More

I was sold the wrong part after vin verification. Called to explain the part wasn’t even close to right, the sales person couldn’t care less of the mistake. Brought my car just to get fixed instead. After t to explain the part wasn’t even close to right, the sales person couldn’t care less of the mistake. Brought my car just to get fixed instead. After test I didn’t receive any info as to why I needed a new transmission. Second opinion from another shop explain why and was able to complete the process in 48 hours for $1,000 less. Before taking it to another shop I called sales and requested a trade in quote to just buy another vehicle instead of getting it fixed. I received no call back. More
