Came in to fix a part that is under warranty for 84k miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong. So I end up not getting the part fixed, on top of that I had an item stolen out of my car during servi miles (im at 82) they insist nothing is wrong. So I end up not getting the part fixed, on top of that I had an item stolen out of my car during service. Was there when I pulled in, was not there when leaving. After calling same day, manager insisted his staff would never, and pretty much blew me off. Item wasn’t worth much if anything, but it was principle. More
