Good Afternoon, after reading your intersting review perhaps the added amount was tax and waste purposes. So sorry the coffee machine was not working at the time of your visit but at least the vending machines were available. As far as a service wash when you checked in all you need to do is tell your service writer you would like a wash and he would of gladly accomadate you,unfortuntely there is no vacuum included due to it is just an outside wash, if there is anything else we can do to accommodate you please feel free to contact us anytime Have a good day
