We really can’t say enough good things about Sutherland Nissan. We bought our Rogue there and the experience was above and beyond professional and hassle free. My experience this time for service went alot better than my last visit. My service rep was Carter who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions & helped me understand the differe than my last visit. My only concern is the wait time , 3hrs for oil change,multi-point inspection & I had my battery replaced. I don’t know if this is the right amount of time it should have taken, but I was told 2hrs.
