Long time Nissan customer and use nisssan service always. Never poor rating before, but could not hold back. Flat tire on Athursday morning. Sticker shows oil change 21818, I have around 21500, was told no. Told needed engine and inside air filter. But did not have 1 in stock, will call when it comes in. Great, another day at Nissan waiting for car unless I can arrange a ride home. Then another visit in 300 miles,,30days for oil change. Your team at Southerland is awesome, miss Zoe. But very disappointed in service department at dealership. My previous dealer Corsl Springs Nissan had it all. Guess that s another difference in big city vs small town. But still think need to provide better services in these busy times. Time is money and consumers don’t have time to sit and wait and then have to have multiple trips and waits to maintain a vehicle. Sorry for the rant. Again Great Team, but poor services. More
