People are often quick to file a complaint but do not take the time to recognize a job well done. On Tuesday, July 31, 2018, I came into Nissan to have my 15,000 miles serviced done (on a 2017 Nissan Maxima) and Mr. Jason Smith went far and beyond to grant me not only the best service and customer service but the best price. Mr. Smith explained to me how customers can receive and use coupons from Nissan. Mr. Smith had the best personality and understood my job as a middle school teacher and that saving every penny counts. Mr. Jason Smith’s uniform was outstanding, he was courteous, took time to explain all my car service concerns.
