Thank God there are still honest car dealers. Nissan of Gadsden will not lie or deceive you to sell you a car. When it came time to buy a new car, I started surfing the web and I ran across a 202 Nissan of Gadsden will not lie or deceive you to sell you a car. When it came time to buy a new car, I started surfing the web and I ran across a 2025 Nissan Sentra RS at Nissan of Gadsden. Since they were only 40 miles away and my daughter had purchased a new Nissan Rogue from them, I decided to ride down to Gadsden and look at the car and check out what options the car had and to test drive the new 2025 Nissan Sentra RS. When I got there I was greeted by the most professional salesperson I have ever met. Dalton Moore took me throughout the entire dealership explaining what all Nissan could do for me If I wanted to purchase a Nissan from them. We looked at the inventory and I saw the car I had seen on the internet, so he took me to the car and asked if I wanted a test drive. We went on a test drive with Dalton started explaining every feature the car had, explaining each option to me. By the time we returned to Nissan Of Gadsden I was totally sold on the options and the performance of the car. Dalton set down with me and we negotiated a price. No high pressure. No pushing. Just straight business. I told him what I would do and he went to work for me and made it happen. I have never been more impressed with a salesman like I was with Dalton Moore. This young man should be in charge of the entire sales team. He truly understands customers and he believes in Nissan. I strongly recommend asking for Dalton Moore if you are interested in buying a new Nissan. I promise, he is worth waiting on. He will get you the best deal. I will certainly make Nissan of Gadsden my new car Dealership from now own. Thanks to a great sales person, Dalton Moore. I have both purchased a vehicle and had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The only issue I've ever had was with the sales manager, but it was immediately resolved. The service department has always been really good, they've serviced my vehicle and normally do a pretty quick turn around on it. I've also had minor body repair done there and they have done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a Nissan or have a Nissan that needs service. More

They send you things in the mail to get you over there. We drove a little over an hour due to they sent me a thing saying no matter what you owe we will get you in a vehicle. I had to have tires and a new windshield, they had the tires in stock and the price was cheaper than I had priced at other places! I made a follow up appointment to drop my Armada off and have the windshi tires in stock and the price was cheaper than I had priced at other places! We carried our car in for normal service 2 different times with before lunch appointments. Left the car and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Called several times after lunch and wasn't ready. Bo times with before lunch appointments. Left the car and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Called several times after lunch and wasn't ready. Both times car wasn't ready till 5 or after. Nothing done than normal service. I'm not going to a business that doesn't do what they say and really wasn't friendly or cared that they had my car for 6+ hours for normal maintenance. WILL NEVER GO BACK. 2 times is all you get from me for over priced terrible service. More
