Not Five Star Yet Armada was brought in for 5000 mile service. The next morning I noticed that all the valve stem covers were missing. My service receipt states Jeremy as my service adviser, however I can confirm he was not in fact my service adviser. Contacted dealership to talk to service adviser, however dealership was unable to locate him. Left message with receptionist to have him call me. No one returned my call. More

Worst people to deal with. Very bad experience with out of state buyer. They are not honest with what’s missing or issues with the vehicle. Routine Oil Change & Service Engine Light I had scheduled my care for a routine oil change but on my way to the dealership had several dashboard lights come on and the service engine soon ligh I had scheduled my care for a routine oil change but on my way to the dealership had several dashboard lights come on and the service engine soon light. Jarrod Smith got the technician to check the car. They diagnosed the problem but it was a repair that was going to require more time. I live approximately 30 minutes away and did not have anyone to call to take me home. Jarrod made arrangements with Jacob Underwood with Nissan of Gadsden to take me home. I was so appreciative. They went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. More
