First service on new rogue This was my first service on 2018 Rogue. I was pleased with my experience. I was able to make an appointment and they stayed within the time frame. Jacob was honest with me about the different models that were available and never pushed me in one direction or another. I told him that I had been looking at a Nissan Rogue at a different dealership and he told me he would guarantee that I would find something that I liked and it would have a better price. He wasn't wrong, every Nissan Rogue on the lot had a better price and lower miles than the one I was looking at before coming to this dealership. Jacob did an absolutely outstanding job as a salesman and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know to go see him the next time they are looking to get a new or used vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He seemed to truly care about what we wanted in a car and the price point we needed to stay close to. During the paperwork waiting process he stuck around and talked to my wife and I which is an unusual experience for us, most salesmen will move on to the next customer or if there isn't any customers around they would just walk away and do something else leaving us to wait alone. Jacob made us feel like we were one of his close friends or relatives that he was working with and I really liked that he treated us like that. More
