Beyond satisfied! Words mean nothing until they are tested. Nissan of Gadsden gets an A+. I purchased a used MINI Cooper sight unseen from 400 miles away. My salesman, Words mean nothing until they are tested. Nissan of Gadsden gets an A+. I purchased a used MINI Cooper sight unseen from 400 miles away. My salesman, Zach Crews, sent me a video saying it was in great condition so I made the purchase from his description. That was a leap of faith no dought. When I arrived, I was introduced to the nicest folks you could imagine . The MINI was exactly as Zach said it was. Transaction was nice and laid back. Drove home without any problems. The next day the check engine light was on and an oil leak was present. Understandable since the car is 8 years old. Enter JR Gillispie, sales manager. He told me to take it to a local shop to get it analyzed. He covered the repairs as in their warranty agreement. Does it get any better than that? Promise made, promise kept.
