When I first drove my car with new tires, new brakes, the fluids changed-out and a complete going over, I was more confident than ever in my decision to have bought my Altima. We love our car, but I sometimes wonder what we would do without Jason to advise us. In the past, we have sometimes felt like we were dealing with a friendly order-taker. Not so with Jason, he listens carefully to what you say and even found a problem all on his own that I knew nothing about. Mr. Crawford was extremely knowledgeable about the product. I asked to see a particular vehicle I saw on the website. He had it ready and waiting for me. It was late in the day when I arrived and he spent a great deal of time showing me the vehicle before we left the lot for a test drive. We communicated several times over the following week via email until I returned the dealership with my husband and purchased the vehicle. He was never pushy, but always answered my questions. By far, the best car buying experience I have had. More
