Personable, helpful, patient, knowledgeable - I have never received such good service from a car dealership. Plus, I have never received so much info from a manufacturer as I have from Nissan. Fast and Easy I totaled my 2015 Murano. I had been so pleased with it that I wanted the exact same car. I went to Nissan of Gadsden and worked with a very pleasant I totaled my 2015 Murano. I had been so pleased with it that I wanted the exact same car. I went to Nissan of Gadsden and worked with a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man named Zac. Routine service I have had my 2016 Pathfinder serviced at Nissan of Gadsden since it's initial purchase in May 2016. I have received excellent service in a Friendly C I have had my 2016 Pathfinder serviced at Nissan of Gadsden since it's initial purchase in May 2016. I have received excellent service in a Friendly Customer Service Environment. Jason Smith explained everything to me during our last visit and allowed me to add servicing of the brakes to my service request at the time I arrived. The total service time was less than the expected time which was a pleasant surprise. Jeremy Gilbreath had helped me each time in the past and I appreciate the quality and care of both of these staff members. More
