No response to my complaint via email. I wrote a complaint concerning the expense of repairing a tire leak. It’s not the service managers or service employees fault but whoever set the pric I wrote a complaint concerning the expense of repairing a tire leak. It’s not the service managers or service employees fault but whoever set the price for the tire repair. I checked prices at other places and found tire repair cost half as much. The vehicle was purchased from Gadsden and I realize it’s not an warranty issue just a over charge for a tire plug or patch repair. More

Service on my 2018 Altima. I was very happy with Jason. Smith in service. He went above and beyond to take care of me. When another dealership had lied to me. Key fob Had a problem of my key fob not working. Took it in to have it checked and they had to order new one . Received new one which I found out was still un Had a problem of my key fob not working. Nice folks and very knowledgeable. I make the appointment, drive up to the service department and am met by an employee with a smile.
