I bought a 2024 Lexus from them in late October 2025. I flew down from Ohio to purchase the car. I was told there were two sets of keys for the car during the negotiation phase. They told me they would check with the owner and another employee who was off the day I was purchasing the car. They told me the Skelton key counts as the second key, come on! Even the one key fob they had was marked “1/2”. Where is the second key? I followed up and was told only one key. I asked them to buy a key and send it to me and I will get it programmed. I was ghosted by Escuda Nissan after my request. Disappointed by them not doing the “right thing” after spending over $50k for a car! More
Terrible experience. I was invited as a vip for a lease exchange on Monday Oct. 27th. I spent 30 minutes at the dealer, and 10 of those 30 I was alone. A manager finally I was invited as a vip for a lease exchange on Monday Oct. 27th. I spent 30 minutes at the dealer, and 10 of those 30 I was alone. A manager finally showed up and offered us a $700 deal. I current pay $441. This was no deal, and just a way to get rid of me. There was no details offered on how they reached the $700 number. We just got up and left. To think they invited me, that I was a dedicated service customer, and I drove in the pouring rain to get there. Shameful! Crown Nissan hear i come. More
