I gave them one star because zero was not an option. I've never had such a terrible experience trying to purchase a vehicle. I had made an appointment to test drive a New Nissan Sentra 2 days prior to my arrival. When I got there, after 20 minutes standing outside in 97 degree heat, the salesman informed me that the vehicle was not available. He then convinced me to consider another, which I did, and thought I had made a deal. I made a sizeable down payment and was informed that the vehicle would be available in 2 to 3 days. Five days later they had not sent the purchase documents to my lender with whom I had already secured financing prior to my appointment. I spent an hour trying to contact the dealership. When I finally got response from the sales representative he informed me that I would have to wait another day because the person handling the finalization was not there. Very disappointed! I will be expecting a refund of my deposit. More of my time wasted and I'm certain it will be equally as frustrating. More

I will never recommend Nissan of Hampton to no one. They don't care about the customers at all. That use to be an excellent dealership but not no more. I wanted a specific vehicle they didn't have it a They don't care about the customers at all. That use to be an excellent dealership but not no more. I wanted a specific vehicle they didn't have it at the time and they did not try to get it. I got stuck with the vehicle that I have that I really did not want any longer. I was being told a bunch of lies. Went to another Dealershipthey were going to help me but I was to deep in the financing of the vehicle that I got stuck with. Taht don't care as long as they get a sale. I will NEVER deal with them again for nothing. They don't care about their customers what so ever and we were loyal customers 6 vehicles 1 used and 5 brand new vehicles within 16 years and all vehicles was top vehicles. I'm very upset asnd frustrated. More
