Nissan of Hendersonville - Service Center

TRAVELER BEWARE!!!!! My family was traveling and started to have car problems. Stopped at Hunter Nissan, was told the coils was bad, and that they did not accept my warranty. They kept the car for one who to have car problems. Stopped at Hunter Nissan, was told the coils was bad, and that they did not accept my warranty. They kept the car for one whole week, cost over $800.00, I picked up and paid for car out of my pocket and started home and the car was still not working. I called the dealership they told me to just drive and it will burn off the fuel that was spilled. I drove to my local dealership that does pm's on my car and found out that the coils was not the problem, that the warranty company would have paid them by credit card, the only thing they had to do was fax the sheet to the company. I was missing the cover to my engine, and I had missing air ducts. Whenever I have spoken with the customer service people including the time on my way home, they have acted like it was not their problem. More
