Nissan of Lewisville provided misleading info to us and takes no action to correct it. We bought a Mazda CX-5 2019 from Nissan of Lewisville in April 2021. The sale person Makhi B. informed us that Nissa takes no action to correct it. We bought a Mazda CX-5 2019 from Nissan of Lewisville in April 2021. The sale person Makhi B. informed us that Nissan of Lewisville would took care the Toll Bill when we drove under the paper License Plate. To our surprise, we received ZipCash Toll Bill from NTTA in April 2022 for the amount of $58.31. We paid the amount right away to avoid unnecessary fees. Then we tried to reach Nissan of Lewisville for refund by phone calls and emails including reaching out to Sam, GM of Sales. Unfortunately, no solution and no answer from the dealership. We are very disappointment at the leadership for its poor customer service. More
The business practices of the dealership is not morally or ethnically right. Daniel Dunham provided excellent service in my pursuit finding a vehicle as a first time buyer. He was extremely knowledgeable and taught me things I never even considered or knew. I spoke a manager yesterday about a 2021 demo for sale. I also inquired about putting some of my trade in value on a car and receiving the balance in check or cash. I call spoke to sales today. I couldn't get my questions answered. They actually took keys to test drive my car. Then I sit in office for quite some time. The sales man and manager take off. Still don't have my car keys. I was told that it would take days before I get my check for balance of my trade in. That's not what I was told the day before. I finally got car keys. Then another person comes in and couldn't understand why I thought not getting my full balance at the time of closing the deal and having to wait a few days for 3500.00 wasn't a bit shady. I really felt like this was absolutely shady. More

We then met our sales person "Spencer" Rochean Spencer, now this is who you want to buy a car from. No nonsense and no million trips back to the boss. AMAZING! His professionalism was fantastic and I will recommend him to all my friends. Finished up with Daniel Farmen in Finance, who too was amazing. Not only knowledgeable but took the time to tell us about the after purchase options. All in all a GREAT experience. More
