Great experience when my armada was serviced. The technician that handled my appointment was wonderful. I mentioned to him that i had the first mile service plan and he informed me he could not l The technician that handled my appointment was wonderful. I mentioned to him that i had the first mile service plan and he informed me he could not locate my particular plan. Instead of blowing my remarks off, he researched and found my plan. It was under someone else's profile, it is very refreshing to have someone listen to me, and take time out of his day to make sure I was well taken care of.
