I made an appointment, to find out what was wrong with my left blinker. I was told by the person scheduling the appointment, that my diagnostic test would be $99. The rep at Nissan, told me the same. Before I went to the waiting room, I asked if they could reset my maintenance light, as they neglected to do so after my oil change. I also asked for a clip to be put underneath my car, where there's a part hanging, I was told it wouldn't be a problem. After 3 hours, I stopped the rep and asked if they had discovered the issue with my light, he told me that they hadn't started but I had a recall, that was what they were working on. About 3 and a half hours, I was given a quote on how much it would cost to fix my car, I agreed. 2 minutes later they told me that they'd made a mistake and it would be an additional $200, no. I left 4 hours later, blinker not working, part still hanging off my car, my maintenance light still flashing and somehow, I was out of $142. More

The service was extremely bad. When I first went I ordered a replacement drivers side mirror and was told it would take a week to come back. Every week I called to find out if the mirror was in stock ordered a replacement drivers side mirror and was told it would take a week to come back. Finally after a month, I called and they said it was in stock. Also it seems that if you don’t have an appointment you don’t get treated the same. More
