I have had at least 3 bad experiences with this service dept and don’t trust anything about Nissan of Lithia Springs. This is sad because I bought 2 cars (my 2018 & my daughters 2021 w/service contract). dept and don’t trust anything about Nissan of Lithia Springs. This is sad because I bought 2 cars (my 2018 & my daughters 2021 w/service contract). After my warranty ended (and you’re always asked “do you still have warranty” first. I feel there is no intent to give quality customer service or service unless for warranty accountability. My experience has been get one thing done proactively and 2 weeks later something that has NEVER been an issue is in need of repairs. Incorrect information is listed on checkout docs and when questioned there is no way (per Kayla) to make formal corrections on paper or in the system. So my service record remains incorrect and the next servicing will be based on what’s last notated. I’m not a fan and will not be doing business here anymore. Also my rating was 1-bullet not 2. More
