I will send a mailer for a recall. I made an appointment to weeks ahead of time. I was sent an email 2 text messages And received a phone call to be sure I would be on time. Upon arrival I was told to wait in the customer lounge after about 10 minutes service advisor came in and said it be a 2 to 2.5 hour wait (mailer states 1 hour) I said ok. 10 minutes later he come back to tell me they don’t have the software and unable to preform my recall More
