The buying experience at Lithia Springs Nissan was seamlessly easy! The sales staff Alexis and Del were very knowledgeable and helpful! Adrian who was a part of the finance department was fair! The reason for my four star rating is I have not been kept in the loop with the installation dates for my installments. The items to be added to my car I am still awaiting with no definite date only an estimated date which is one week. I am sure my request for add-on’s is not an everyday request with car buying but I know I will be pleased with the work they will do to have them successfully installed. I am hopeful my review will be changed to a five star review after my items have been added to my new car purchase. For now Thanks everyone for working with me to purchase my first vehicle!!! More

Overall the dealership has always met my needs and made sure I was taken care of. However the last time (Jan 5th, 2022) I had my vehicle serviced at the Lithia Springs location, I got my car back and the p sure I was taken care of. However the last time (Jan 5th, 2022) I had my vehicle serviced at the Lithia Springs location, I got my car back and the passenger seat was leaned back and my car smelled like food. Made it feel like someone ate their lunch and had a nap in my car on their break?? I personally do not put food in my vehicle at any point ever because I can’t stand the smell it leaves behind. Any leftovers go in my trunk until I get home. For this reason I am pretty frustrated that this is the behavior coming from a dealership. I would expect this from a hole in the wall auto repair shop.
