Worst experience ever! I towed my car in, explained what was wrong with my car and a diagnostic needed to be done because the car has been sitting for about a year, which it’ll run but won’t move after awhi was wrong with my car and a diagnostic needed to be done because the car has been sitting for about a year, which it’ll run but won’t move after awhile. Long story short, I purchased a battery and they told me to pick up my car and nothing was wrong with it, without a diagnostic. They never did a diagnostic and I ended up towing my car back home. Also, they had my car over a week. They don’t call you back, never give an update and the advisor Josh ignores calls and acts as a mechanic. I literally had to send someone up there to explain what was going on again. Nissans customer service is just horrible. They need to do better. More
