Service was very slow. Waited a total of 4 hours for a simple Oil Change & tire rotation. one of the employees left my window down while outside & it was raining so my leather seat was wet (they informed simple Oil Change & tire rotation. one of the employees left my window down while outside & it was raining so my leather seat was wet (they informed me). Lastly, I requested for a bolt to be replaced on my vehicle since it wasn’t properly completed from my last visit & had been dragging under my car since & they didn’t fix it until I checked my vehicle and notified them about it. After all of the inconvenience not one type of discounted gestured was offered nor was a manager available. Experience was horrible & unacceptable. More
